The administration of Tallahassee Community College will propose changes to student fees for the 2023-24 academic year. The changes will be submitted to the TCC District Board of Trustees for a vote on Tuesday, June 20, at 2:30 p.m. in the Hinson Administration Building on TCC’s main campus.

Tallahassee Community College recently honored individuals who have made a significant impact in the field of public safety at the Fourth Annual Heroes in Public Safety Awards Banquet. The Heroes in Public Safety program recognizes those heroes who have attended TCC or have trained at the Florida Public Safety Institute (Pat Thomas Academy or Lively) or the Ghazvini Center for Healthcare Education.
Tallahassee Community College was named a top ten college in the nation by the Aspen Institute. The 2021 Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence, the nation’s signature recognition of high achievement and performance among America’s community colleges, selected TCC as a top 10 finalist.
Achieving the Dream (ATD) has awarded Tallahassee Community College the prestigious Leah Meyer Austin Award, the highest distinction a college in the ATD network can earn. The award is bestowed to one college annually that employs a holistic approach to reducing equity gaps between student groups and increasing success for all.
Tallahassee Community College has been named an Achieving the Dream (ATD) Leader College of Distinction. ATD reserves the prestigious status for those colleges that demonstrate sustained and significant outcomes in the advancement of student success and narrowing the equity gaps at their institutions.
